Presenting an economical solution in manufacturing has caused the pressurized air to be a preferred energy source in many sectors. However, it has also introduced maintenance and pre-protection requirement like in many energy sources.
As well as the manufacturing of the pressurized air, in order for the tools to be used to be long lasting, the air manufactured must be clean and dry. Our company has been providing service with its FİLO brand pressurized air filters in order to meet the clean and dry air requirement.
Our company recommends a protection of two stages to retain the water droplets that will form from the compression of the oil droplets and air with the particles that might form due to the abrasion during operation from the compressors producing pressurized air.
Filtering element with 0,1 ppm particle retaining capacity before the pressurized air dryer device used to retain the humidity in the air and as for sensitive filtering, filtering element with 0,1 ppm sensitivity filtering element is used after the pressurized air dryer device.
